**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and excellent customer service skills. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and installation services for various equipment and appliances. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment - Perform assembly, disassembly, and reassembly of machinery - Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues and provide solutions - Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly - Utilize box trucks for transportation of tools and equipment to job sites - Repair refrigeration units, appliances, and other equipment as needed **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair equipment efficiently - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction - Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques - Experience with box trucks for transportation of tools and parts - Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment accurately - Previous experience in appliance repair is a plus Join our team as a Field Service Technician and utilize your technical expertise to provide exceptional service to our customers.
