Description
Summary
The Deli Manager oversees production of the Deli Department to meet company goals for sales, margin, labor expense and customer service. They are accountable for ensuring a positive experience for customers as well as providing a safe, positive working environment for employees. This position requires adhering to all procedural guidelines to include company policy and all local, state, and federal compliances. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
