Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with sales and product demonstrations. Duties:
- Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist with product demonstrations and provide information about our products
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform opening and closing procedures as required

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math and basic sales techniques is beneficial
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
