We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial and inspirational leader to become an Assistant Manager of our franchise retail store. We need someone who is comfortable taking responsibility for the store as their own business and success and leadership of their team while also following the company standards.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service on a consistent daily basis.
* Managing the store team to perform at their highest level.
* Driving sales to meet or exceed targets and financial goals.
* Selling on the showroom floor when necessary.
* Coaching and developing the team; and leading by example.
* Must be comfortable navigating difficult conversations with professionalism, poise and kindness
* Actively provide coaching and feedback to develop employees in their position and help them grow.
* Ensuring the store operations are run smoothly, safely and efficiently and the environment is always appealing and engaging for the customer.
* Responsible for the stores daily visual presentation.
