Food Management Search is Hiring a Quality Specialist Near Wake Forest, NC

The Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Quality department, as well as supporting and interfacing with other company facilities when appropriate. You'll work with all relevant internal and external departments, to ensure compliance to Quality programs including certifications and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with regional and global counterparts to ensure consistency of critical processes. You'll work with local, regional, and global management teams and employees to direct global quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience in Quality programs is preferred, food production is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify root-causes and participate in and lead process to resolve issues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with a wide diversity of people
  • Extensive computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning system
  • SAP experience a MUST
