We are looking for a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) Construction Superintendent to join our client leading field operations in in Blue Bell, PA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the MEP Construction Superintendent , you will be responsible for:

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force;
• Inspection of Contractor or (Sub)Contract operations to ensure compliance with Contract;
• Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project Manager;
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer;
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager;
• Conduct quality inspections;
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules;
• Communicate and enforce Safety and Health Management Program.

WHAT WE SEEK IN THE MEP CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

• ~7-10 years of industry experience;
• Junior College or Vocational education desired
• Knowledge of Prolog, Procore;
• Extremely strong proficiency in mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge
• Experience as the lead Superintendent on large projects.
• Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts and Purchase Orders;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• First Aid/CPR certification;
• OSHA certification;
• Junior College or Vocational education desired
