Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to success.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Manage cash register activities, including cash handling and retail math
- Supervise staff in providing exceptional customer service
- Ensure proper stock levels and merchandise displays
- Implement shift management schedules for efficient store coverage
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
- Lead and motivate a diverse team through effective team management practices
Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management with a focus on customer service
- Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and retail math
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Prior experience in stock management and maintaining inventory levels
- Demonstrated ability in shift management to optimize store performance
- Previous experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring staff members
