```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail management or customer service
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers and employees
