Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, food handling, restaurant management, and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Supervise food handling procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
- Oversee restaurant operations, including customer service and staff management
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting
- Assist in cooking and food preparation when needed
- Provide exceptional hospitality to guests
- Train, mentor, and lead staff members to deliver outstanding service
- Implement strategies to enhance food service management
Experience:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Knowledge of supervising staff and maintaining a positive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
