Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Receiving Supervisor to oversee the receiving department's operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient receipt of incoming shipments, supervise receiving staff, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Duties:
- Supervise and lead the receiving team in daily operations
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of received goods and inventory levels
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Train new employees on receiving procedures and safety protocols
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receiving Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
