Who are we looking for?
Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Do you have a CDL Class A license and are familiar with warehouse operations and equipment? Look no further! The Food Bank of the Southern Tier is seeking a dynamic Warehouse CDL-licensed driver to support our mission to sustain hunger-free communities.
Starting Wage: Starting $21.00 - $21.50 per hour based on experience and a 37.5-hour workweek; Monday – Thursday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm; Friday 6:30 am to 12:00 pm
Primary Functions:
The Warehouse Driver is primarily responsible for the safe operation of vehicles, including Refrigerated Trucks utilized by the Food Bank of the Southern Tiers (FBST) for acquiring and distributing food products. Additionally, they are involved in various manual tasks related to warehouse operations, including order picking, unloading deliveries, operating warehouse equipment, and general maintenance and cleanup.
