Hourly Rate: $20.00

Hours: 2am – 10:30am

Responsibilities:

• Greet drivers as they return from trips, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Review paperwork including trip logs, delivery receipts, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Enter information into company databases accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to address any discrepancies or issues with documentation and aid as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to drivers by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate check-in processes and resolve any operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of driver check-ins, including any incidents or discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to check-in procedures, documentation, or communication.
• Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected during check-in.

Qualification Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize as necessary.
• Ability to drive CDL trucks preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess good communication skills with co-workers and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Knowledge of transportation industry regulations and procedures preferred

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Must adhere to the attendance and punctuality policy.
• Follows all safety requirements and policies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
