Medical Insurance Billing & Collection Specialist
As a Medical Billing and Collection Specialist communication skills are essential when interacting with different healthcare professionals, coworkers and our customers.
- The tasks will include verifying and auditing claims, pre-authorizations, customer's insurance coverage as well as processing denials and patient monthly billing.
- Working directly or indirectly (via telephone) with insurance companies, healthcare professionals, our customers and their caregivers using your expertise in guiding them to make an informed decision.
- You will be working in a state-of- the- art office setting.
- Must be motivated, willing to learn, and interact with our customers and coworkers with a positive attitude.
- Experience a Must or 4 year college degree
