The incumbent will possess and demonstrate the skills necessary to maintain production requirements and quality standards.What are some of the things that you will do...Follow all environmental, health, and safety rules.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Operate equipment as required.Perform the duties required for any necessary documentation. Including, but not limited to, accurate and timely mainframe data entry, ticket creation, and signatures.When necessary, move material by operating a forklift or using non-motorized devices.Perform minor machine maintenance as required.Assist other operators as needed.Suggest process improvement ideas.All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Program part recipes in an automated loading system.Let’s talk about you...Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the department.Ability to use all gages and gauging techniques required.Understanding of neutral heat treatment effects and processing.Thorough understanding of SPC.
