Opened in 1954 and designed by Morris Lapidus, it was the most luxurious hotel on Miami Beach, and is thought to be the most significant building of Lapidus' career.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of all unit owners in two condominium-hotels at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach comprised of 748 units with approximately 650 individual unit owners.
Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:1. Oversee Owner Services Team.2. Communicate with unit owners on a regular basis; respond to questions, concerns, and inquiries.3. Serves as primary contact/liaison for unit Owners.4. Welcome new Owners to Fontainebleau and provide orientation.5. Work to ensure Owners participate in the hotel's optional rental program.6. Work to ensure Owners are in compliance with guidelines regarding usage and maintenance of the unit.7. Coordinate receipt and distribution of paperwork and documentation.8. Oversee the processing of Owner reservations for unit usage.9. Provide concierge services to Owners for reservations throughout resort venues.10. Anticipate Owner needs and respond promptly to all requests.11. Monitor the quality of the Owners Lounge, enforcing rules and codes of contact to ensure enjoyment for all.12. Work closely with all departments. Ensure the highest levels of Owner satisfaction with Fontainebleau.
• Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills.• Understanding of condominium documents, rules, and regulations for condo-hotel buildings.• Knowledge of general accounting practices, business law, and contracts.• Excellent communication skills.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Opera, and database management.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• High School Education or equivalent preferred.• Property Management, Hotel Operations, Customer Service, Accounting & working with the general public.• CAM License
