Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) team with accurately updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems.
• Collecting, registering and archiving information and documents by the applicable GCP guidelines for clinical studies, both for local and international studies.
• Assist the clinical team with preparing, handling, distributing, filing, and archiving
• clinical documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard
• operating procedures.
• Assist CRAs and RSU with the preparation, handling and distribution of Clinical Trial
• Supplies and maintenance of tracking information.
• Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
• Adhere to Research SOPs.
• Adhere to Good Clinical Practice and Study Protocols.
• Assist with the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety standards while working.

Skills

• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements, i.e., Good Clinical
• Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH).
• Understanding of proper patient identification methods.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, outlook, basic Excel and Word programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish - Required)

Experience level:

• Required: 1-2 years of relevant clinical research experience

License/Certification:

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Required)
