About Our Hospital:

FRVH is located in a thriving new development in Folsom, California. The facility is currently being built and is approximately 7800 square feet with ample parking. The hospital will be completed in May 2024 and we anticipate opening in June 2024. With 12 exam rooms, modern equipment, dedicated dental and surgical suites and even a fireplace in our lounge, you won’t find a practice like this anywhere!

Requirements:

CSR / HOST

  • Customer service skills such as greeting clients, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Maintaining a high level of service, similar to that of a concierge at a hotel, in assisting clients in any capacity (serving refreshments, snacks, scheduling, recommendations for nearby restaurants, activities, etc).
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Making follow up calls to clients to survey their experience and obtain updates on their pet’s medical conditions.
  • Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
  • Managing medical records, reports, and correspondences with a detailed mindset.
  • Hospital maintenance; ensuring that the interior and exterior of the hospital is neat and clean at all times.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Be able to effectively communicate both verbally/written with clients and staff.
  • Previous experience in the veterinary field is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
