Required Education and Experience
- 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a focus on CMDB and Asset Management
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) CMDB is mandatory
- Prior involvement in projects related to Regulatory, Risk Management, and Compliance
- Background as an Applications Manager or Application Support Manager, with a thorough understanding of applications
- Proven track record in managing CMDB and Asset Management projects, showcasing strong project management skills
- Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) CMDB is essential for success in this role
- Previous involvement in high-profile projects related to Regulatory, Risk Management, and Compliance is highly desirable
- Experience as an Applications Manager or Application Support Manager, with a deep understanding of applications
- Oversee two critical efforts - CMDB and Asset Management
- Lead the end-to-end setup of the CMDB, including identification of necessary applications, owners, vulnerability management, interfaces, and any SaaS requirements
- Work closely with the Director of IT Process Delivery to provide guidance and expertise in building the CMDB effectively
- Take the lead in guiding and managing the construction of the CMDB from the ground up
- Perform other tasks as required
