Based just outside of Philadelphia, this fast-growing medical device company is expanding through a customer support representative. Supporting the sales team, this candidate will be an integral member to the company's mission and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support through all public-facing channels
  • Responsible for shipping, fulfillment, and invoicing duties of customer orders
  • Entry of customer accounts and inventory tracking system

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or equivalent industry experience
  • 5 years of Customer/Sales Support experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
