We are a small family law firm looking for a legal admin. Our preference is to hire someone full time, but we are open to candidates who cannot work full time but are looking for 25 - 30 hours per week. This could be a good opportunity for those with school-aged children.
All applicants should have at least some experience managing an office, but our ideal candidate has prior experience managing a law firm and is looking for a long-term employment opportunity. Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Familiarity with Clio billing software, attorney portal, and e-file system is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Applicants should be personable, and have the ability to interact with clients struggling through difficult family law matters in a compassionate and sensitive manner.

Full time employees have the option to enroll in our health insurance plan (no deductible or waiting period), our dental insurance plan (no waiting period), and our retirement plan (401k matching at 100% of employee contribution up to 3% gross income - and 50% of employee contribution between 3 - 5% of gross income - eligible to enroll in January or July after one year of employment). Paid vacation and sick leave is offered as well as paid time off for all court holidays.
Mileage reimbursement is also provided for running errands.
Salary commensurate with experience. For full time employees, the range would be $50k - $65k per year. For part-time employees, the hourly range would be $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.
