The Role

Our Training Coordinator will facilitate effective on-boarding, training, and development of employees. Provide training and observation of employees with respect to their performance against established training objectives and make recommendations for additional skill training, as needed.

Minimum starting pay $23 / hour

What you will do in this job :

Work closely with leadership across the organization to identify training needs for employees and drive accountability

  • Coordinate / schedule formal and informal learning and follow up on a regular, planned schedule to answer questions and ensure completion
  • Ensure an exceptional learner experience by providing guidance and customer support (as the primary point of contact) throughout the employee's learning journey
  • Track completion of assigned training - maintaining files and other necessary documentation utilizing Foley's Learning Management System and other tracking system
  • Develop general training instructions, checklists, and visual aids, as needed
  • Assist internal training team with daily administrative duties such as calendar management, course registration, and vendor coordination

Our Ideal Candidate :

  • Thorough understanding of the heavy equipment industry
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn to effectively use company software - with training
  • Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of employees
  • Comfortable communication with all levels of management and employees
  • Strong planning, presentation, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma is required

  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
