We are a well-established electronics manufacturing company, in business for more than 50 years, based in Aurora, Colorado. We have an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Prepare and send invoices to customers using custom software applications.

· Process cash receipts / track and apply payments.

· Reconcile vendor accounts and invoices.

· Process vendor credits and returns.

· Enter purchase orders.

· Manage customer order files and accounting files.

· Prepare paperwork and backup for check runs.

· Support the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

· Perform accounts receivable collections activities as required.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.

· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.

· Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

· Excellent organization skills.

· Computer proficiency including experience with the suite of Microsoft Office products.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong customer service skills with pleasant phone etiquette.

· Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships with customers, suppliers, management, and other team members.

Pay: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
