Summary

Working under the direction of the Executive Director, the incumbent is responsible for assisting with the oversight of FOCUS. The incumbent’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring compliance with all agency’s certifications and audits, grant writing, human resource functions, data metrics and financial reports, provide oversight of the Recovery Housing program and staff, and monitor all properties owned or managed by FOCUS.

Recovery Center and Recovery Housing Operations

· Oversee the management of the adult and youth center membership system;

· Facilitate National Outcome Measure Surveys with housing residents and utilize SPARS, when appropriate;

· Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation;

· Answers frequently asked questions to standards on policies, hiring, benefits, etc. and refers more complex questions to the Executive Director;

· Assist in hiring, recruitment and onboarding of new staff;

· Seek and applies for grant opportunities to further FOCUS’ mission

· Evaluate overall performance for quality assurance in collaboration with the Executive Director by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data metrics, and submitting reports;

· Serves as point of contact for certifications or audits for FOCUS;

· Vets and acts as a liaison between FOCUS and contractual agencies;

· Assist Executive Director in management of FOCUS financial accounts;

· Collaborates with the agency directors in development and implementation of policy and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations;

· Attend or serve on community committees assigned by the Executive Director;

· Investigates any complaints made by housing residents and collaborates with the Executive Director to respond to the situation;

· Supervise, train, collaborate with, and assist Recovery Home Coordinators in the operations of the Recovery Home and enforcement of all aspects of the Program Agreement, House Rules, and Housing Policies;

· Other duties as assigned;

· Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, and code of ethics for FOCUS and other appropriate governing bodies;

· Ensure the agency operates in a way that supports recovery, maintains a safe environment, and follows the principles of a Recovery-Oriented System of Care.

Valid Ohio Driver’s License (Must have reliable transportation)

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice or a related field of study, is preferred or minimum of any 5 years of prior job experience to correlate with meeting required job duties. Must be proficient in computer skills, TEAMS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. Prior experience in working human resources is required. Supervisory experience is preferred. Ohio Peer Recovery Supporter Supervisor or willingness to attend and complete training within one year of employment, as available.

· Intermediate to advanced computer skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team, including effective communication (both written and verbally).

· Able to respond to situation as needed; including in-person as circumstances warrant

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
