Position: Job Coach - Prison Reentry Clients
Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to prison reentry clients in their efforts to secure and maintain gainful employment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' skills, interests, and goals to develop personalized employment plans.
• Assist clients in identifying and accessing education, vocational training, and job placement opportunities.
• Offer guidance and support in resume building, job searching, interviewing techniques, and professional etiquette.
• Collaborate with employers to identify suitable job opportunities for clients, promoting understanding and advocating for fair consideration.
• Conduct workshops and group training sessions on essential job-seeking skills and workplace integration.
• Monitor and track client progress, providing ongoing encouragement and motivation to ensure their continued success.
• Liaise with other agencies, community organizations, and support networks to create a comprehensive reentry support system for clients.
• Stay updated on current industry trends, labor market demands, and employer expectations to better assist clients in achieving employment goals.
