We seek an operations leader with a strong track record in implementation. You will oversee the daily operations and the work of the internal admin team (Recruiters, Schedulers, Accounting) as well as other company functions/disciplines. Participate as a member of the management team while empowering the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operational and delivery initiatives. Positively represent the company through a success-oriented and professional demeanor and set a positive personal example in leading the operations team and providing constructive leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to maximize client revenue.
Mentor, train and develop the internal admin team and provide a defined career path to your team in encouraging continued professional development.
Drive a continuous improvement mindset in augmenting/changing existing operating procedures to increase profits and/or make the organization more effective/efficient
A motivating leader with the ability to build and lead a team that culturally aligned with the President of the company
Exposure to variable staffing employment models and ability to develop optimal recruiting teams..
Performance / process oriented, organized, analytical, sets correct priorities and data driven, but not overly structured and capable of making quick decisions and collaborating across an apolitical, dynamic, growth environment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years' experience working with a recruiting/staffing agency in a sales and/or recruiting capacity, with at least 4 years with management responsibilities.
Healthcare staffing agency experience is required.
