Job Description: The Role Do you have a passion for understanding the complexities of family relationships? The Fidelity Center for Family Engagement is scaling their relationship-based capacity to research these questions, and we are looking for intellectually curious, research and creative-minded individual to help us grow. As a Sr. Manager, Digital Engagement Experience Business Analyst, you will be a critical squad member responsible for working with and supporting the FCFE CPO to conduct research to inform the vision and mission, write epics and user stories that translate business needs into functional requirements and validate via user testing development phases. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in an analytics or technical field, or equivalent experience. 5 to 9 years of experience in business analysis or UX/development-related roles. Experience working in financial services, financial technology, or adjacent industries. Experience working in startups and/or innovation labs within large companies Experience working with UX designers and developers to build innovative products and solutions. Research skills to uncover and investigate unmet needs and help team craft meaningful and usable solutions. Ability to translate detailed requirements into technical requirements that ensure all parties share a common vision of the project’s scope and functionality. Proficient in agile practices (backlog management, story writing, story mapping, visual planning, use of personas, outcome-based planning, etc.). Experience in reverse engineering and understanding existing technology solutions. You have a great attitude, love being part of a creative culture and thrive on being an effective contributor.
