We are seeking a Regional Reset Merchandiser to serve customer locations in Indiana, Southern Michigan and Western Ohio. The ideal candidate will be located within 30 miles or less of New Haven, IN. Coordinate and lead resets and complete in-store merchandising services within assigned region. Supports client product sales through visual design of shelving and product placement during a reset and maintains tags along with other duties during store visits. This position requires daily travel. A company vehicle is available for most travel over 30 miles. Local travel is completed in a personal vehicle with weekly mileage reimbursement provided. Store merchandising visits are completed most work days with store resets occurring as scheduled, approximately 2 days a week.

Work during store resets can be physically demanding as store product and shelving changes are completed according to desired store floor plan. Work schedule is full-time Monday through Friday.

Specific Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to travel daily to assigned customer locations.

• Must have reliable transportation and maintain vehicle insurance for local travel in personal vehicle.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Demonstrate the ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

• Pass pre-employment drug screening.

• Requires use of personal mobile phone during working hours.

Typical Physical Demands:

• Requires prolonged physical activity during resets, moving product, ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.

• Requires ability to move, construct, and adjust shelving, displays, gondola’s etc. up to 50 pounds.

• Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.

• Requires frequent reaching of hands and arms.

Typical Work Conditions:

• Work in customer locations, with daytime hours

• Daily travel, usually within a 2 hour radius

• Occasional overnight travel.
