FM Restaurants HQ LLC is Hiring a Remote IT Support Analyst-Remote

PURPOSE

The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for answering phones, emails, and the support queue from our restaurants needing support with various issues.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Act as the IT support liaison between Corporate, POS Vendor and Restaurants.
  • Provide remote support for POS and infrastructure including training, configuration, monitoring and customization
  • Assist in both Root cause and Trend analysis, all while providing Restaurant systems POS support.
  • Provide full Desktop Support Services for XRG office employees (hardware, software and mobile device)
  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting with XRG office employees.
  • Provide assistance in installation, relocation and re-installation of equipment for XRG office when required.
  • Develop and improve documentation to support problem analysis and resolution.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems - Windows and Mac across a range of software applications
  • Configure and deploy equipment for new employees.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Restaurant hardware and Software.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents for Restaurants, including but not exclusive to Point of Sale, Payment Devices, Printers and Manager’s desktop
  • Assist or complete other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Strong communication and desire to grow is a must
  • Customer Service Oriented is a must as you will be a point of contact for everything IT
  • Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and great team player
  • Must be able to work independently with a high degree of self-initiative
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively contribute to multiple projects in an efficient manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in project priorities
  • Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule
  • Experience with Point of Sale Systems\Hardware a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel
  • Experience in a full service, high volume restaurant or food and beverage multi-unit environment a plus
  • Experience using data to guide decisions
  • High energy and outgoing personality
  • 21 years of age
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
