FlyOver America (flyover-america.com) is searching for a talented and dynamic leader to join our team of Guest Experience Supervisors.
FlyOver America is a dynamic visitor attraction at Mall of America. A flight simulation ride like no other, guests will soar across some of America’s most spectacular sights with the latest in-flight ride technology. In addition to a spectacular film, the ride’s dynamic seating system and special effects include wind, scents and mist and combine to create a truly immersive flight experience.

SALARY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead a team of permanent and seasonal front-line employees to consistently provide a first-class guest experience
•Assist managers in leading, training and coaching new and existing team members
•Confidently supervise a range of opening, mid and closing shifts
•Assist in the effective planning and management of employee schedules
•Work with FlyOver America management team to update and improve daily operations and procedures
•Demonstrate positive and effective communication to employees and guests
•Ensure appropriate cash handling procedures are maintained at all times
•Actively engage in strategy implementation in conjunction with the senior management team
•Be knowledgeable about Mall of America and Twin Cities activities including major events and tourist points of interest
•Ensure all operations are executed in a safe manner at all times

•Great communication skills including the ability to speak in front of crowds

•Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time
•Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
•3 years’ experience in customer service
•3 years’ of cash handling/POS experience
•Experience in a leadership role preferred
•Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
•Positive, entrepreneurial, can-do approach
•Relevant post-secondary education
•First Aid Certification preferred
