What You Will Do:

• Our Facilities Technicians perform duties that include but are not limited to:
• Drywall repair and painting
• Changing lights and/or fixtures
• Plumbing repairs, replacements, installation
• Basic carpentry and finishes.
• Repair, relocation and/or addition of electrical circuits.
• Facilities safety inspections
• Concrete and asphalt paving inspections and repairs
• Surveillance equipment repair and installation.

Job Requirements:

• 2 year minimum experience in facility management or similar (at home experience)
• Acceptable MVR and Background Check
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 100lbs
