Duties:

- Assist in managing daily operations of the catering department, including food production, banquet service, and coffee bar.
- Oversee and coordinate catering events, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in creating menus and pricing for catering packages.
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote catering services.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in catering, hotel, or food service.
- Strong knowledge of food production, bartending, and banquet service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
