- OPENING SERVER SHOULD USE THE OPENING CHECKLIST TO COMPLETE ALL DUTIES BY 6:45AM
- MAINTAIN CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS
- GLOVES TO BE WORN WHEN HANDLING FOOD
- HAND WASHING EVERY 30 MINUTES
- MAINTAIN RUNNING SIDE WORK DUTIES THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT
- ROLL SILVERWARE THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT
- MAINTAIN SECTION AT ALL TIMES
- BUS YOUR OWN TABLES IMMEDIATELY
- RESTOCK CADDIES – CLEAN & SANITIZE
- SPOT SWEEP FLOORS IN YOUR SECTION
- SPOT SWEEP FLOORS THROUGHOUT RESTAURANT, WHEN/WHERE NEEDED
- RUN FOOD THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT
- SERVERS ARE REQUIRED TO RUN ANY FOOD, NO MATTER WHOSE TABLE IT IS
- SERVERS ARE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND APPEARANCE THROUGHOUT THE SHIFT
- MUST BE CLEAN & GROOMED AT ALL TIMES
- UNIFORM MUST BE CLEAN & GROOMED AT ALL TIMES
- NO DIRTY APRONS
- COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY & RESPECTFULLY WITH ALL STAFF
