Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a retail Wine Shop we are seeking an individual with adequate wine knowledge. You will be responsible for providing and promoting our products to drive sales. If you have a passion for wine and sales, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers with purchases and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Up-sell additional products or services to customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
