*** Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Required ****** Position is contingent upon award ***This position serves as a Logistics Manager providing direction of warehousing, receiving, material movement, commodity shipping, mail handling, fleet management, and enterprise procurement on a medium-sized and mission-critical operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, building services, and small projects program. The purpose of this position is to perform the essential duties and functions as listed below, establishing logistics governance on the program that complies with the contract and ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Fluor profitability. Job Requirements: • Responsible for directing, coordinating and managing the work effort associated with the logistics functions including, but not limited to loading dock management, supply management, warehouse management, vehicle management, transportation management, property management. • Responsible for notifying site logistics GPOCs on significant logistics events.• Act as the central point of contact for COTR or GPOC for logistics related work • Responsible for managing both the O&M logistical operations and mission logistics operations.• Exercise quality control and standardize best practices to ensure consistent performance. • Provide sufficient information to calculate the costs of services.#Intel• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and ten (10) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to fourteen (14) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders • Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner• 5 years experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity• Knowledge of process improvement models (e.g., LEAN/Six Sigma, ISO 9000) • Experience providing high quality customer service• Experience building and sustaining high performance teams • Demonstrated experience with warehousing and logistics functions• Familiarity with Government Property control/management• Familiarity with 24/7 operational environment• US Citizenship • Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
