**Warehouse Technician**
Places incoming goods from suppliers in the correct warehouse storage space to ensure that they can be traced and found in their right place.
Packs goods to ensure that the content of packaged goods comply with packing lists.
Traces inconsistencies between packaged goods and packing lists and solves these issues so that customers are dispatched the correct goods at the right quality.
Loading and off-loading of goods in accordance with regulations and safety requirements.
Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost effective as a company.
Identifies and evaluates any special needs for each load.
Maintains a clean and organized work area.
Maintains safe operations by adhering to FLSmidth safety procedures and regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned
As part of job enrichment, and at the companys discretion, cross training in other areas will be given.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Some warehouse experience is desired
Must have the ability to follow written or verbal instructions
Must have knowledge of health and safety requirements including but not limited to fire hazards, compressed gases, electrical, chemical and mechanical devices
Computer skills: ability to use the computer for time tracking purposes, e-mail, company software (Epicor) and MS Office.**Reasoning Ability**
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
