Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
- Support the team to exceed client service and operational standards.
- Develop and implement a leadership succession plan for shop and assistant leaders
- Analyze and report on operational results
- Be a champion of hands-on leadership by being present in the shops to gain in person knowledge and provide guidance
- Partner with the support team from Home Office to ensure communication of new initiatives, training opportunities, and available resources to the field
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review results, upcoming events, recruiting needs, and any other intricacies of field operations
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
- Responsible for developing local shop marketing strategies
Experience
- 3 years supporting at least 4 locations
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Results-oriented and people focused
- Culture champion
- Budget and P&L experience
- Strong hands-on management style with the ability to lead, develop and provide guidance to leaders and their teams
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, inspire, and coach
- Maintain flexible work hours including nights and weekends
- Must live/move to the Denver or Colorado Springs area, travel within the assigned district is required
- College degree preferred
