Job Title: Regional Manager – Wholesale Plumbing

Salary: Circa $150,000 base, plus bonus and benefits

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our operations in Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, team development, and customer relationship management within the wholesale plumbing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the region.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the wholesale plumbing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
