Flowspace is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist who will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth for our B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing demand generation campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results. This is a fully remote position.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation plans to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across various channels including email marketing, content marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Create compelling content assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to support demand generation initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Groove) to build and execute campaigns, track performance, and maintain lead databases.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in demand generation and B2B marketing.

Who we're are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, with experience using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Groove, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various channels and audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
