Summary of Responsibilities
Provides a variety of secretarial, clerical and administrative support duties for departments, functional groups and/or executives Manage the administrative activities of a department, functional group and/or area including managing, overseeing inquiry and data entry, running reports and office services
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
• Acts as liaison to corporate office for accounts payable, human resources, Workers' Compensation and billing issues
• Assists and manages requests from sales and operations for customer orders and purchase orders when research is needed and general system maintenance
• Runs various daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Provides support, direction and back up for all invoicing, transfer processing, Branch AP functions and ERP system maintenance
• Provide assistance to the operations teams.
• Complete and maintain spreadsheets (Excel) to assist with various operational tracking and duties.
• Maintain test reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of reports. Provides administrative support to the operations team by completing various administrative tasks, such as filing, spreadsheets and general office duties. Assist with the completion of job quotations. • Perform additional clerical duties such as faxing, copying, filing and answering phones as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Training/Experience:
• HS Diploma or GED required, a BS/BA is preferred
• Generally, 5 years’ experience in related field
• AP/AR experience preferred

• Ensure that work is performed consistently with FloWorks policies and procedures
