Flower World, a large farm, agricultural, and retail operation in Maltby, is looking for an experienced person interested in creating, developing, and growing our business through agritourism. This full-time position requires an applicant who can also assist with front end responsibilities in both our nursery and produce departments.

Due to the seasonality of our business, the ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of areas and the ability to assist large numbers of customers during the peaks of the season. A “self-starter” attitude with supervisory experience is a must.

Compensation starts at $80,000 / DOE. We offer PTO, discounts, and other benefits.
