About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker passionate about leveraging market trends and customer behavior to drive business success? We're seeking a GTM Strategy and Data Associate to play a vital role in our go-to-market strategy, using data analysis and strategic initiatives to provide actionable insights. This position offers the opportunity to significantly impact our client success through innovative solutions.
In this role, you will :

• Support Client Success: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, identify at-risk clients, and define key metrics for client health
• Deliver Custom Insights : Creating bespoke analysis for enterprise clients that showcase the value they get from Flowcode
• Collaborate on Innovation: Work closely with data analysts and engineers to design and launch new products and features aligned with client needs

What we're looking for :

• 3 years of experience in roles such as management consultant, data analyst, product analyst, BI analyst, or similar positions within financial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements, offering customized solutions and strategic advice
• Proficiency in facilitating discussions with various stakeholder groups and presenting complex ideas effectively
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a solid track record of performing comprehensive data analysis and handling large datasets to extract strategic insights

A successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
