Flow Right, a leading provider of exceptional plumbing services, is currently seeking a dedicated Drain Clean Service Technician to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and quality workmanship to our valued customers. As a Drain Clean Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards and fostering long-term relationships with our customers. Our working hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks and provide detailed invoices for labor and materials.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service to customers.
• Assume the role of Project Estimator when necessary, providing accurate job estimates with adjustments based on job site conditions.
• Collaborate with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers to ensure jobs are completed to company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Attend mandatory division meetings and review meeting minutes if unable to attend.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in drain clean service (running sewer snakes, jet rodding, camera/locate equipment in residential, commercial, and/or industrial environments).
• Professional, personable, and customer-oriented.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively with inspectors, suppliers, and co-workers.
• Ability to provide and adjust job estimates based on job site conditions.

Compensation

Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, licensure, and skill level. It is a combination of a base hourly wage rate along with an opportunity for cash incentives.
