Responsibilities
- Operate industrial truck, (forklift), to load and unload materials, deliveries, and rental equipment incoming & outgoing.
- Inspect & maintain industrial truck, (forklift).
- Process receipts in ERP system and reconcile with the vendors packing list.
- Pull, package and process outgoing shipments.
- Utilize UPS WorldShip & FedEx software for outgoing packages.
- Utilize internal TMS freight management systems for outgoing LTL shipments.
- Work closely with our Service Team on pulling parts and staging them for upcoming service jobs.
- Keep all warehouse areas clear, safe, and organized.
- A “Safety-First” focus always.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to coordinate and work with multiple departments within the organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy loads.
- Forklift certified or willing to become certified through inhouse training.
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365, SharePoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP distribution software a plus, but not required.
