Answering the telephone and selling the community to prospective residentsSetting appointments for prospective residents to visit and tour the communityShowing prospective residents the community and apartment homesConducting timely follow-up, scheduling move-ins and completing required paperworkClosing the sale to meet or exceed monthly sales goalsProviding exceptional customer service by responding quickly and courteously to resident inquiries and service requests, taking prompt action to resolve problems, and documenting situations as they occurThis position plays an integral role in resident retention through participation in resident activities, renewal preparation, follow up and resident needs assessmentsPerforming administrative tasks and those assigned by community managementQualifications:
Proven record of meeting monthly sales goals in a retail or multifamily sales roleAbility to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staffStrong passion for delivering best in class service to help ensure the highest level of Customer Satisfaction and Retention possibleMust be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)Ability to work effectively and in a fast paced, constantly changing environmentSolid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to consistently meet deadlinesWillingness and ability to work weekends and holidays as the business requiresExcellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skillsAbility to travel for training and occasional meetingsProfessional appearance along with a positive attitude, be a team player and be willing to learnEducation and Experience:
Previous retail sales or multifamily leasing experience requiredProficiency with OneSite a must / Entrata experience preferredGED or High School diploma preferred
