As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Outside Field Marketer to help perfect our customer’s experience in upgrading their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Communicate with the Canvassing Program Manager ideas that can improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program policies of Florida Window and Door.
• Master the Florida Window and Door methodology, product, and current promotional offerings.
• Work independently while representing Florida Window and Door at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Must love talking to and engaging homeowners in explaining the products that we offer.
• Must be persuasive.
• Must like working outside.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Physically able to stand and walk for long periods.

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn between $1300-$2000 weekly.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
