Florida Technical College is Hiring a Barbering Instructor- English Near Kissimmee, FL
Florida Technical College was founded in 1982 to provide private, post-secondary education offering.
Offers diploma, associate and bachelor's degree programs in a range of professions, including Healthcare, Construction Trades, Hospitality, Beauty, Information Technology and Business.
FTC campuses are located in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, DeLand, Pembroke Pines,Cutler Bay and Tampa. Program availability varies by campus.
We are looking for a Barbering Adjunct Instructor- English
Minimum requirements:
- Current Barbering Licensure from State of Florida (DBPR) AND
- Instructors must have completed a post-secondary training as Cosmetology plus 1 year of work experience at minimum OR for if formal education documentation isn’t available
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience specific to the subject being taught
- Bilingual- English and Spanish
All positions require excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, and familiar with information systems; available to deliver the course using diverse resources; strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be computer literate in order to maintain and manage the course documents within the learning management system and also educational resources.
