Job Summary:
The Clinic Assistant is responsible for assisting the Clinical Research Coordinator, (CRC) in clinic and with study subjects. Must have the ability to communicate well across a wide variety of people and complete tasks within short deadlines.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Assist with study visits:
- Vital signs
- ECG
- FibroScan
- Blood Draws
- Assist with lab
- Assist with filing documents in subject chart
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
- Problem solver and contribute to team goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
- A high level of self-motivation and energy with an optimistic, can do attitude
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Some higher education preferred
- Medical experience desired
- Clinical research experience (1 year preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
