We are seeking a vibrant and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Retail Boutique Manager. Our boutique caters to both men and women, offering a curated selection of fashion-forward clothing and accessories. Additionally, we provide a unique experience by offering beer and wine service to enhance our customers' shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Experience: The primary focus of this role is to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers warmly, assist them in finding the perfect outfit or accessory, and provide product knowledge with enthusiasm.

2. Team Leadership: Lead by example by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to retail associates to ensure they deliver excellent customer service.

3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with vendors to ensure a diverse and appealing product assortment.

4. Beverage Service: Manage the beverage service aspect of the boutique, including serving beer and wine to customers of legal drinking age. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding alcohol service.

5. Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual appeal of the boutique by arranging displays, window dressings, and product placement to attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.

6. Sales and Targets: Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets through effective merchandising, upselling, and suggestive selling techniques.

7. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, and reporting as needed.

Requirements:
1. Previous Retail Management Experience: Prior experience in a retail management role is preferred, with a demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales.

2. Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is outgoing, approachable, and genuinely enjoys interacting with customers.

3. Beverage Service Experience: Experience in beverage service or bartending is a plus, along with knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.

4. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy in inventory management and compliance with regulations.

5. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
