We are looking for like-minded experienced dental people to join our group practice whose vision is to create beautiful smiles while creating lasting impressions, and touching patients' hearts.
We are looking for GREAT PERSONALITIES, TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY, and someone with FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Responsibilities : ·
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Register new patients and schedule appointments according to established office protocols. ·
- Ensure cancellations are filled.
- Verify, update and enter patient information into the data system.
- Maintain and manage patient records.
- Insurance verification
- Treatment Planning
- Back up Check-in / Check out
Minimum Education and Experience : ·
- High school or equivalent (Required).
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and diagnosis.
- 1-year Dental experience required; treatment planning experience strongly preferred.
- Background check required.
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required.
- A GREAT PERSONALITY!
