As a Plant Controller at Florida’s Natural, you’ll work alongside Finance and Supply Chain Teams to ensure Single sentence to oversee all financial aspects of our manufacturing operations.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and implement process controls to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste

• Lead the development for key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure plant performance and drive continuous improvement

• Set standard costs for products and monitor actual costs against standards

• Maintain and improve the accuracy of the ERP system, ensuring proper accounting for inventory, production and costs

• Perform regular inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve company goals and objectives

• Provide financial guidance and support to plant management, helping to inform decision-making process

• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and best practices related to manufacturing finance and share insights with the team

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• CPA or CMA certification preferred

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role, preferably in CPG industry

• Strong understanding of variance analysis, process controls and inventory management

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and ERP Systems – Oracle preferred

• Excellent analytics and problem- solving skills with a keen attention to detail

• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

• Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost reductions

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Thrives in an environment that is face paced and able to adapt to changing situation
